The Irvine Apartment is a very comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, self catering ground floor apartment located in the popular Roseburn/Murrayfield area of central Edinburgh. We have been welcoming guests from all over the world to Scotland's capital city for the last 4 years. During this period we have always been assessed by the Scottish Tourist Board as 4 star self catering accommodation and we are members of the Edinburgh and Lothians Tourist Board.

The Irvine Apartment is located in a peaceful location in one of the nicest residential areas in central Edinburgh, just 15 minutes level walk from Princes Street, and 10 minutes from Haymarket train station. The apartment is also close to one of the city's main routes for buses, with buses into town every 10 minutes most of the day. The Edinburgh Airport 'Airlink' bus also stops within easy walking distance. Free private parking is available for those guests with cars.
